Bunbury Street Circuit-Western Australia

A Round of the Asian Festival Of Speed is to take place in Western Australia on a street circuit in Bunbury, Western Australia. A couple of questions:
Does anyone know where exactly the street circuit will be in Bunbury?

Falcadore should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Is this a fallback forbeing unable to build the track?

Is there a fallback for the fallback?

When do we get the cancellation?
