Mike Hawthorn: on the limit. Yesterday

Currently watching an interesting documentary on Yesterday about Britain's first world champion, so far so good, covered all the major bits in his early life with impact and good contributions from Doug Nye, Muddy Talker, Simon Taylor, DC, Tony Brooks and 'Dinger'

I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one on this forum old enough to remember Mike Hawthorn! It was better than I expected with some nice period race footage. Don't see what the point of David Coulthards contribution was though.

DC only really contributed at the beginning and the end, but it was good, every major moment in his career covered in depth, I don't regret tuning in for it

I've not seen the programme, but was it possibly DC's TV Production company that made it?
