2010 Roger Albert Clark Rally
Well there is just over an half an hour till the best rally of the year in the UK IMO get's going in what I understand is a very snowy Pickering Showground.....
Anyway you can follow the rally and the results at:- http://www.tynecomp.co.uk/Results/rac_10/1/current.html for the historics and http://www.tynecomp.co.uk/Results/rac_10/2/current.html for the open rally. It appears that Stages 2 and 4 (Dalby) have been reduced in length to 4.12 miles from 8.9 miles due to the weather. I am also seeing comments via twitter and the British Rally Forum that the Foresty Commission report 12 foot of snow in places on Monday's stages. I am still planning to be at Olivers Mount tomorrow and I can't wait, it's going to be a cracker and I can't pick a winner !!!! |

Here's wishing my husband all the best for the Roger Albert Clark Rally this weekend - delivered him to a snowy Pickering this afternoon but now back up in Cumbria - good luck John (and Gwyndaf) A win would be a good way to celebrate John's 60th birthday!!

A quick note for anyone planning to watch in Langdale tomorrow.
Clerk of the Course has just posted elsewhere that spectators will not be allowed in Langdale tomorrow, but they will be trying to run the stage. Over the last few days there's been very heavy snow and it is still falling tonight. |
