True, the absolute maximum seems to be 395 currently and that can only happen if there'll be no more Yellows and the Toyotas push as in the first hour of the race.

Even with those many Yellows and Safety Cars, the ~385 laps from Toyota are a great effort. With fewer incidents, I believe that 400 laps would have been possible.

Another thought, the growing starter field doesn't increase the chances of breaking the record. More opportunities for yellows and more traffic
