Formulahistory should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
On contract now are:

Lotterer (Techeetah)
Buemi (Nissan)
Prost (Nissan)
Di Grassi (Audi)
Massa (Venturi)

although it's very unlikely Prost will continue with Nissan.

LPP68 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
"The new season 2018-2019 of the ABB FIA Formula E championship will start next december in Riyad, Saoudi Arabias capital. The management of the championship and local authorities signed a 10 year agreement. A street circuit will be developed in the Ad-Dirja district in the Saudi capital. The season opener of racing year 2018-2019, or season 5 in Formula E terminology will also be the premiere for the new generation racingcars in the serie for electric propulsed formula vehicles.."

First thought in my mind 'let's see what happens if a team enters a female driver'. However, later in the article the press release of the organizers explicitely mention that they want to welcome women, so we will see.
In any case, a 10-year deal is quite something.

Season 5 will start in Saudi Arabia for the next 10 years!

The Saoudis will develop a track at the streets of the capital Riyad. Aparently even female fans are welcome. I would be interested in what happens if a team wants to enter a female driver.

Can't see that happen. Only if Dragon Racing decides to open the door to Carmen Jordá.

Thought we were talking about drivers not 'grid girlls'? Not seen any evidence that Jorda can drive-add Katherine Legge;Flick Haigh;Jamie Chadwick to those who can

Massa just put some miles on Gen2 car. Arthur Leclerc was also given some mileage in the car.

Will we see Saudia Airlines sponsorship back, but in Formula E???
This could be used for Williams, Regga, Jones, and Reutemann fans, and for extension, Australian and Argie fans of the series.

UK proved to be too complicated for Formula E. Let them go where they are welcome.

NEW POWER MODES
In a Word first for motorsport, drivers will be able to access a higher power mode in addition to FANBOOST, by passing through an activation zone marked out and visible on the circuit for fans at the track and those watching on TV. When a driver passes through the activation zone, they will be able to access 225kW of power - as opposed to the standard 200kW available during the race. Signalling the power hike is the job of the new illuminated FIA halo head protection device, which will show different colours for each of the two power modes. The exact number of individual uses and relative duration of the higher power mode will vary at each event and will be determined by the FIA. It will be up to the teams and drivers to decide when to activate the higher power mode throughout the race within the limits set by the FIA.
Ok, that is Mario Kart for real. Can drivers throw banana's as well? Assuming they put the markers on a place where it costs some time to reach them it can lead to some interesting tactics though...

According to autosport.nl the 2 TBA locations for next year will probably be Santiago de Chile and Sjanghai.

from the 4 drivers mentioned, I think Albon would be the most interesting one. But I think it will be Mardenborough.

He's one of the sports car scenes "fast silver" drivers. He's really very good and been great in WEC this year.

He races in a second tier class. Formula E paddock is full of World Class drivers.

The current Formula E points leader races in the "second tier class", in the same car as Pizzitola races in as well. And Pizzitola was more than a match.

Not to urinate on the "full of World Class drivers" comment, but so is this "second tier class" you speak of. In fact, a good number of your world class Formula E drivers have raced in that second tier class in very recent years.

But let's not get too hung up on that sort of detail now.
