Andy H should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
For raceday car parking will be limited.

Apparently; you will receive one car park pass for every 2-4 tickets you by. Now the best bit.

If you buy only one ticket - no pass - so just to confirm tough **** if you're going on your own you can't take the car.

Still excellent value at nearly £100 to stand on a building site.

Andy - there are sixty million people in the uk - are you seriously saying that in the next year you cannot persuade any of them to be your friend and go with you to the Granmd Prix - hell they don't even need to be your friend they just need to share your car - why not open this thread - volunteers to accompany Andy on Race Day so he can park in the mudbath at the circuit - people of a nervous disposition need not apply - car pushing abilities very useful

jos - chill out my man

I already have my tickets and car parking passes booked thanks.

The point I was making is I personally think it's pretty shoddy if someone pays near £100 for a ticket* and then can't take a car with them 'cos they only book one ticket.

Fair enough if they need to restrict car numbers I just don't think the way they have gone about is the most appropriate solution.

* the most expensive general admission in the world!

Let's be honest, the way Silverstone treats fans at GP meetings is a disgrace. Every week there is another fully justified excuse or plan for making life difficult for the ordinary spectator.

No wonder they came out bottom in the Motoring News survey.

The sooner the GP goes elsewhere the better.

They've missed a trick though Schume they could have charged another tenner for a car park pass

What Schume said. Bloody pathetic - the sooner that Donington (let's face it Brands is way too small) get's the GP, the better. Not that I could care any less really - although i'm glad to be able to say i've now been to a GP, i'll doubt VERY much that i'll ever do another. I wonder how many others have this same attitude - not good for the sport...

There is only 1 GP I will not go to - the British GP. The treatment we get on qualifying day is bad enough. And the car park pass for only those with more than one ticket is a disgrace.

Although I would be extremely sorry to see the track disappear from the F1 calendar, I'm sure Donington could do a better job for the fans.
