He was capable of qualifying very well from the get go, but races were a different matter. He had a good run last night regardless of the trouble others had. All part of the game, top result.

Nice to see Mark Martin in victory lane again though - and he obviously felt bad abiout turning Edwards into Keselowski. I was cheering for the Big Kes, but it wasn't to be. There will be other opportunities!

When I looked at the video of the crashes on friday, i saw that it where all dodges who got into the wall. Some kind of problem over there?

Martin felt especially bad since he won in a Jr car and also took out a Jr car.

JV should run races in Nationwide the way that Dario and carpentier are doing. The experience is very helpful.

He is going to do that if he gets sponsors I heard. Doesn't look like any are forthcoming though.

Jeff Burton, Jeff Gordon or Matt Kenseth for me. But of course Kyle will be pretty darned dangerous as well (in so many ways).

Bring it on anyways, love these NASCAR evenings. Some great tracks the next few weeks, Atlanta, Bristol, Martinsville etc...

imagine that...kyle wrecked two cars in one weekend
you got to think that he will be tough to beat if he can keep it off the wall and outta the grass.

i think JR gets his season turned around today, unless his teammate hits a wet patch in the desert and wrecks him again.

lots of fast cars in the field, Bifle, Edwards could get two in a row...and ALL the Hendrick cars are quick, too. Glad to see Dario with a good finish in the "Sportsman" series; i think he'll be the highest "OWer" at the finish. any other bets???

I've just imagined a NASCAR start with silent engines.
