Ultimately, the only thing that will remain completely unchanged is the tub, and possibly the rear framework and suspension. The front framework will have to change to fit the new engine, the rear framework may have to change to fit bodywork but I think that's unlikely. The suspension MIGHT not have to be changed, but the new engine will change the balance characteristics which may necessitate new suspension to adapt.

So when you get down to it, it will still effectively be a new car - just "mostly new" instead of "all new." Definitely not as simple as just changing the bodywork and engine.

-Medical car was introduced by SUGO medical staff's judgement.
There is a rule that should not put in a medical car at the time of the yellow flag.
However, they entered the circuit with their sense of justice.
-It is regrettable that the event was delivered all over the world in running an international race event.

*About Aston Martin's DTM participation
-I received a message that Aston Martin will participate in DTM before Hockenheim's press conference. I felt their excitement and joy.
-I have heard that the bench test of NRE is over, and in December the actual vehicle test will be conducted.
-Regarding class 1 regulations, negotiations still remain regarding aerodynamic parts and wheels, etc.

*About medical car incident at SUGO round
-The purpose of the medical car's course in was to rescue the driver of Epson Modulo NSX-GT which crashed before the 14th post.
-An instruction to wait was given from the control tower.
-However, because the driver did not escape by himself, the medical staff launched a medical car with justice.
-There is no blame on medical staff. But I want to strengthen thorough instructions system.

Not a good result for Honda in Autopolis, but it seems that Lexus is still on the hunt for the championship with Nick Cassidy and Ryo Hirakawa winning it in GT500.

As for GT300, looks like both Shinichi Takagi and Sean Walkinshaw are in a comfortable lead after Round 7 with 12 points.

With that said, I can't wait for the final round at Motegi!

But there is a sporting regulations that prohibits team-order in SGT.
Therefore, no one would admit a team-order officially.

Yep, I wonder how it will happen at Motegi with both of Honda & Lexus have a tag team to help each other for the championship.

But I guess the inter-team "help" is not something new. Back at 2002 JGTC season at last race Suzuka, it's all about #64 Mobil 1 NSX vs #6 Esso Ultraflo Supra for the 2002 title (although there are other cars which still eligible for the championship). 2002 was when top 3 fastest laps were awarded with points.

#16 Mugen NSX which was laden with 100kg handicap, tried to "help" #64 Mobil 1 NSX for the title by setting fastest lap to eclipse #6 Supra from top 3 fastest lap. To make it happen, the #16 made 2nd pitstop, changing tyres & did certain quick setups. But in the end the attempt failed because of GT300 traffic.

And he says that a certain big project with Ferrari/AF Corse will be launched.
