Well.....at last I got the chance to see the development of this year's WRC which was something I'd been meaning to do for quite some time but no TV channel had anything about it.
Anyway, this year I watched the season unfold but didn't really cheer for anyone in particular. But I know now who will I be cheering for next year. Richard Barnes. The way he raced with that crippled subary during the rally of wales and then how he came back and won the race.....I'm convinced. |

Yeah, Burns is great, and I think him to be finally ready for winning the Championship next year....but anyway I'd prefer Colin McRae to finally gain again!

Ok, the guy has won the RAC the last 3 years, a feat no other British driver has achieved at WRC level. But he appears to have had a sucessful character removal operation, and just comes across as a moaning, monotone, whinger who even when things are going right can still only find something thing to complain about.
Come on Richard lighten up |

Ok GURRYP, but maybe because the season turned to a bad ending after his initial victories...that can make someone moan! They say you'll win the championship and you feel how things go into the wrong direction.
