Brands Hatch - 750MC - September 10

Who is planning to come along to this event then? It should be a tremendous event with Formula Vee, Locost and Stock Hatch all on the bill.

And how many of you are (like me) going to hot-foot it over to Mondello for the Leinster Trophy on Sunday!?

From a spectator`s point of view (Ok, I know there aren`t many!), there is a bit of competition on this Saturday as Lydden have their Festival on the same day. However, I definately prefer my Stock Hatches to my Dover/Mildenhall bangers (sorry Mr Birley!!) so I will be adding at least 1 to the crowd numbers at Brands.

I shan`t be heading to Ireland however (I think you may be unique in that feat Mr Sowman!)... Try Eridge near Tunbridge Wells for a stroll in the Park at the British Offroad Championship - far easier and cheaper to get to than Mondello!!

Or try the BARC meeting at Snetterton, which is where I'll probably be found.

Final instructions (including timetable and entry list) can now be found on www.750mc.co.uk.

Anyone who is wavering about going, consider this fact: only one race out of 11, starting at 1pm, is likely to have less than thirty cars on the grid, based on current entry levels. I think that is rather impressive.
