Allan Moffat Website

I came across Allan Moffat's new website today. All it needs is some John Stoneham cartoons of Marvin Moffat and it will be great. It is a great site & will only get better over time. Congrats!

Glad you like it guys. It was hard work, and there were many people contributed in lots of different ways.

Beejay17, i hope the Allan Moffat scrapbook gets a run, as well as Moffs postcards that included the stang and the Colonge Capri!

I assume you mean reprints of the old stuff? They'd probably have a limited market unfortunately. I never knew of the cards until people started sending me scans of them. I've seen the Coke, Capri, RX7 and a BP one.

Personally I'm hoping for an autobiography. Other people have asked for a video of the 1-2 win. But I think the scrapbook had its time in the sun.

If you have feedback or requests for Moffat memorabilia, use the feedback email on the Contacts page.

I mean't if you were interested in putting stuff on the website that may have been forgotten over time. I have collected a fair bit of stuff over the years & trying to be of assistance.

brno, although I had a lot of input, I don't control the content. I'd still be interested to see what you have and maybe forward it on. Seeing as though you're a local, drop me an email with a phone no. and we can talk about it.

The merchandise page has a picture of the Brutt mustang and down the bottom in the little shots it looks like it is on a flat bed and then I remembered the Vulture Carrier line from the federation XC days.

Ahhh!! The days before the International Harvester transporter. Those old Holden/Castrol films of Bathurst in '72, '73 and '74 showed some rough race car transport.
