Le Jog

Has anybody here taken part in any of the Lands End to John O'Groats Reilaibilty & Touring Trials?
What was the experience like, is it one you'd recommend?

Its ok for those of us who are pure masochists and like to keep to strict times...a friend of mine won his class..Vintage, in his Bugatti T44, just cos no one else finished all the sections without breaking down... This meant he could miss out an entire night session around Loch Ness, have dinner and Whisky with me, ( I used to live north of Inverness) get five hours sleep and stil arrive at the finish on time!

Sorry, havn't done Le Jog. UK, winter, cold, wet and no sleep doesn't appeal as it's similar cost to all the other big events. However I have done the last 3 Classic Marathons if you want to consider an competitive international event (reccommended).
