Probably the best PWC street weekend in recent memory. Loved it

I think 2017 could be a good year for the PWC series I think. I hope with a weekend under his belt Bryan Sellers can start challenging for podium positions. I really hope he does well as I hope McLaren have him on the radar for a future factory drive.

Surprised how Alvardo Parente messed up the start of the race 2 so bad. Also surprised that Pierre Kaffer (Audi) and Ryan Dalziel (Mercedes) were not factors at all this weekend.

Didn't see GTS, but both GT3 races were sterling. Attended the Saturday race a couple years back and it was under safety car for 75% of the race, but this weekend they were much better driven by all involved

No dobut. I felt horrible for that poor GT Cup Porsche driver who had to almost stop to get out of the way. I don't know his name but big credit to him. Bet it was not as fun as driving a McLaren! I'm not sure about you Mike but at times both Alvardo and Bryan had issues with the car on starts or restarts. Was there something to that?

if the numbers remain low, it needs to get out of the feature classes at least. SprintX only? But with SprintX being part of the overall series title now, drop it completely? Numbers have been dropping seemingly every year and if Ferrari Challenge or Lambo ST cant save it, its got to go. Too many other series where you can run these and get an overall win.

That driver you are referring to is Preston Calvert, who was making a one-off drive in GT Cup, as going forward he will be driving his new Porsche GT3R in the GTA class as he did for most of last year until his previous Porsche GT3R had the unfortunate fire at the Utah round, and then for the last two rounds at Sears Point and Laguna Seca he had to revert to the Cup car.
Also it's Alvaro, not Alvardo!

Preston is doing SprintX co-driving w/ Alec Udell in the GT3R.
