Daytona 24 Hours 1970

This weekend before going to the Champ Cars at Brands I dropped my little girl with her grandparents. My dad has recently had returned a set of slides, thought lost, of his time with Trevor Graham Racing at the Daytona 24 Hours in 1970. Their condition leaves a lot to be desired but I have managed to tidy a few up so that they are viewable.
If anybody knows what Andrew Hedges or Piers Forrester are doing nowadays I'd love to hear...especially if they are still racing in the historic formula

ps I posted this in error over in Art & Photog hopefully it'll get moved, merged or deleted

Fellow ten-tenther Huge Wally (Martin Spetz) has just returned my slides after spending what must have been a lot of time scanning and cleaning images. For this I salute him and make it known that I owe him at the very least a very very long cold one sometime.
I have posted the cleaned images here

Many thanks again Martin

If Piers (Weld-) Forrester was also riding bikes using his trust fund I believe he was killed at Brands on the start line when he came off a TZ700 Yamaha or similar - if I have the wrong bloke sincere apologies etc

It's odd looking at the history of the car cos most of the individuals who owned/raced it are still going and I knew a lot of them , without knowing this link, while crewing as a snot nosed kid for Frank Sytner in his FF200 and Sports 2000 days

Not yet...the annoying thing is Mr Newey raced a Ferrari at Snett a couple of weeks back and I was at Silverstone...something I'm going to work on for the old mans 70th (Jan 2005)
