Rallycross Simulation - rFactor

Knowing how knowlegable and passionate about Rallycross some of you guys are, I thought you maybe interested in a new Rallycross Mod for the PC racing sim rFactor.

They are looking for info, specs, pictures, sounds, videos etc. of all the great Group B rallycross cars.

Maybe you can help.

It doesn't look very realistic to me. Shouldn't there be at least one wrecked car in the barrier at turn 1??

You can run Rfactor on a very, very basic PC, just turn down the detail levels.

My AMD Sempron 2800 and 1mb ram runs it fine.

If you have a 3D car from the last 3 years it should run the game at full detail levels.

BTW, the finished tracks, cars etc. will be far more detailed than those shown, they are just work in progress.

At it's best rFactors is almost photo realistic.

Few links for you:-

http://www.rfactor.net/

http://www.rfactorcentral.com/

Check out current and Work in progress tracks, cars and mods. Everything from Rallycross, Group A Touring cars, to Group C, F1, Aussie V8's, even Lawnmower racing!

I haven't played PC games for years. Is this the type of game you are highly recommended to have a steering wheel for too?

This has had a good run here, I'll move it to Armchair/Virtual Racers where it really fits better.
