live tmming works fine but there is no tv feed (even though it says so on the website)

Wonder why they don't include the remaining session time on the screen...

TV feed is working fine for me, just wish I they offered better internet to us military folk so it wasn't skipping all the time. Although for being a live feed from Silverstone is is great quality and is skipping less than I thought it would.

Kind of hard to follow the qualy with the displayed information, they should have stuck with a HUD like F1 uses.

BTW, in qual the showed almost a compleat lap onboard the Lambo, new track looks good, but is it just me or has the scream from the V12 gone missing? It sounds much more muted now.

I think it's the camera's, sound of the cars is quite abit lower then it was at Abu Dhabi.

Oh no, Wendlinger is currently driving, just that live timing neglected to pick up on it for about twenty minutes. Good darts.

I think they compensated the Astons and Nissans abit to much after last race, they are now clearly too fast compared to the others. Especially the Corvettes look too weak, while normally they are very competative at Silverstone.

They're all running out very very VERY wide at Club. Silverstone should put a gravel trap back on the outside of that turn.


EDIT: So we have a Hexis AMR 1-2 for tomorrow. Who would've thought after Abu Dhabi...

Live timing is bad, its so slow to update, also the graphics showing drivers name needs the position and the car number changing over. Also someone needs to tell the director we would like to see the start of the race/s from the outside not in-car.

Good race though, great result for Hexis and Young Driver looking good for tomorrow.

Turner was flying at the end there. Even with the penalties he wound up fourth. He and Enge look good for tomorrow if they keep away from mental errors.

GT3 didn't look bad at all. I missed all but the last 15 minutes.

The Lambo is quite a nice looking car in that formula. And it seems it's hard on the tyres. Wonder why the Mustang didn't show up. Is it even there? The website has it on the entry list.

I may have to head down to Portimão in September to see all these cars.

That's because the profiles been changed, if they hadn't messed it up for MotoGP it wouldn't happen as much. The turn needs to go back to the old profile, I can't imagine you could still get 3 cars side by side anymore like they used to in the LMS races.

I wouldn't worry, while it has changed very subtly, it thankfully hasn't lost its stunning soundtrack. When a bunch of cars were heading away from you, you'd still hear that awesome Lambo V12 whail above any other sound.

I was dismayed to find that the grandstands at Woodcote and the start/finish straight are all still out of action, half-built. I parked myself at Luffield for the qualification race today, on the assumption that the end of the new straight would provide a great new passing place, but anyone wishing to see the start tomorrow will need to head over to Copse.

The track's still something of a building site. Nearly got run over by works vehicles a couple of times on Friday while exploring the new sections.

Not really sold on the Arena section - it's a bit mickey mouse and doesn't seem to encourage much extra racing. The GT3 race was the most entertaining from a spectator viewpoint today, hoping the GT1 boys let it hang out a bit more in the main race tomorrow.
