MSV @ Brands 17 April

Why was the race stopped after 13 minutes? Must have been a big incident.

Is 13mins the length of the race? I don't think FF have much more than that!

According to the official FF1600 website, Lee Cunningham's Infiniti Van Diemen was broadside across the track at Clearways, having spun out of a monster squabble for fourth place. So car in dangerous position, red flag. Pity the black and yellow quarter flag is consigned to history.

Yeah that is correct, they let the race run a couple laps until it could be classed as a full result. Was shaping up as a good race with Dempsey, Moore and Wills.

The car was broadside accross the track and it was right to stop the race but the black and yellow quater would of been perfect for this scenario.

We had waved yellows at Sturtees and the other cars were having to go either side of stranded car as it was right smack in the middle of the track,
I think it was the only sensible thing to do really,
