Is the team/driver lineup that good? Yeah Dahlgren won last year but he was in his third season and there were some technical 'incidents' Maybe Murray as a team on a whole isnt as strong as VD or some of the privateer VD teams

About Mygales. I have been looking abroad and it seems the 2001 Mygale is alot quicker than the new one. Also interesting, the test at Thruxton. From what I've been told Ben Clucas was very quick in a 2001 Mygale.

Maybe Murray should switch back to the old one?

Did anyone see that Craig Murray was 1 second faster than Andrew thompson (A championship Favourite-haha)

How embarrssing, your team manager gets in the car and goes almost 1 second faster, surly you need to give up when that happens ??

All well lets wait and see how murray sorts out his cars with or without his drivers !!

good luck

Yeah but its Craig Murray. If your mechanic is faster than you, *then* you have a problem

Its still so early in the season though . Alot of drivers will take time to bed in to the championship , Lets see after a few more rounds. Be interesting to see what time the FF Juniors can come up with .

Well Little Mo, didn't Thompson do Renault last year and now he's dropped down a Formula it will take him time to adjust, a bit like a certian F3 driver who stepped back a Formula and struggled all year, now THAT was embarassing wasn't it, HA! HA! HA!

Good point Quidditch. Any driver that has to step down a Formula will not be looked at by team managers higher up. The only reason they will is if they have a pot of gold. In Barber's case he made a cock-up of 2001 and he's not exactly Mr Personality either is he.

Your right Barber did make a big cock up of 2001, and i have heard that he seems to offend people quite easy. poor guy hasn't got much going for him?

This is, thus you are all saying, a make or break year for him. Good luck to him - if he wins he'll deserve it and if he doesn't he'll deserve that too.

I seem to remember that Barber won Renault Campus against reasonable competition when he was only 16, not a bad start to motor racing. OK he's had a rough patch, many ultimately succesful drivers can say the same. Everything is right for him this year and it's hard to imagine him not winning the Championship.

Good luck to Myagle (and Ray) because it's very boring to see a dominant chassis in any series.

As for Westley, well done for leading the championship after one round in the 'best' car and with a year of Ford racing under your belt.

Here's to the future Dahlgren/Breeze (i.e. sink without trace).
