Former Premier Inn Westerham Clacket Lane Major Issue
Hi,
I hope this is the appropriate place to put this. I had bookings for the Premier Inn Clacket Lane that were booked the day the 2011 calendar was released. This hotel is now run under the Days Inn brand. However, none of my bookings were transferred. Therefore, had I not stopped at this service area by chance and seen the new branding, I would have turned up with no room to sleep in. I am now sorted, but if you think you have a reservation at this hotel, I suggest you ring them directly to confirm it. I know a number of fans and marshalls normally stay there. |

As an alternative, there's also the Premier inn at Gravesend and one at Swanley.

Premier Inn have done this to me in the past - sold a hotel to another chain and not transferred my booking. I have no issues with Premier Inns but just be aware that this can happen
