Thats good news. Means a +1 for either WSR@Silverstone or BTCC@Donnington then?

*that was meant as a tongue-in-cheek comment, if it offends, simply ignore it.

**for WSR discussions, please refer to the WSR thread currently ongoing

I was thinking of going to Snetterton for the 750MC rather than any of those

International GT and Euro F3 at Brands Hatch (GP) is a lot closer to Chichester. Hopefully I will be doing Pits/Startline at Revival, (just for a change).

In this carbon footprint obsessed world we now live in, seems a shame to turn away a local - but then I suppose motorsport isn't on most peoples' list of eco-friendly sports

I thought I would get to Marshal there this year, as the planes come over the flat on full flaps less than 1 min from touchdown on the runway. It's not a problem though we will just have to go to see my relative in Norwich. Then do the 750MC at Snetterton on the way home.

Sorry to hear you didn't get selected. Don't know if I have yet, still making my way back home from 750MC at Pembrey.
Try and get on The Esses, I'm sure it will make up for the disappointment.

Still not had a letter so getting just a little bit excited.....

Just out of interest, if selected, do we get a guest pass?

I think that in this case, no news is good news on your behalf.

As for the tickets arriving, then it will likely be 2 or 3 weeks before the event (as you would get with other events).

As a long time member of the GRRC I shall be there, possibly even in whites, but in the capacity of speckie, not on the bank. Didn't volunteer this year.
I'll be rooting for you all from the wrong side of the railings.
Have a great time - and watch out for the eejits!

Not had a rejection letter yet, but if selected I will need a spare ticket for the sat and sun as the child does not qualify as a child. Would be prepared to swap the fri guest ticket.

Not yet. I've not had a rejection letter & the dates are still on my BARC online events list (I know people who didn't get selected for BTCC Silverstone had the dates removed from theirs) so I'm guessing I'm in. Hope I'm not counting my chickens........
