Jase
Nothing personal Jase, just a select handful of team principals and drivers having a quick thinktank [not rhyming slang] to sort out what we think the classes should be etc. Only about 10 attendees. If you want to attend, give me a ring [not you blue nose ]

First I've heard of a meeting to plan out my future racing...Diz, who made you God?...perhaps you need another 2 'attendees' so that you can all break bread together...I can't wait to see who's going to be Judas and break the code of silence!

Sorry Steve
Didn't think you could be dragged away from your Tuesday night Pub Quiz. A very useful little get together it was though.

Just so everybody knows who was there, the attendees were :
Redracer77, swift, Seamus Wild, Walshy, MikeM, Dave + Natalie, Mike Waite, greenboy and my good self. dhart, Neil McArthur and Tom Dooley contributed their input via email.

1. I am now charged with insisting to the BRSCC that the 2005 national FF1600 calendar and the NW regional calendar is - how should I put this - a damn sight more sensible than it has been over recent seasons.

2. Whilst the format of the "Moose" event was popular it wasn't felt that it would be a satisfactory way to regularly run NWFF races. The current classes seem sensible for the various splits and should continue for next year, providing BRSCC HQ confirm these. The two races would still be split on an age basis but with the age break being moved to pre 90/post 89. This would give a better balance of entries between the two races.

3. Better raceday timetables will be discussed with BRSCC HQ and they are also to look at the points scoring system.

Back to the pub quiz Steve. As we were winding up, the venue's weekly pub quiz was starting. Walshy, swift and myself partook. Sadly for us - and a depressingly familiar situation for you - we only achieved fourth place.

Everything is above board Stephen. I would have thought that thanks were due to those willing to attend, rather than all this insinuation stuff going on this morning.
