I have been hearing rather a lot about the ALMS race at Mosport, which was a fantastic race, but one thing I have not heard is the answer to "Why is Rinaldo Capello called 'Dindo'?"

Does anybody know?

From what was said on the Speedvision coverage of the Sebring 12 Hours race, little Capello lived near a church. When the church bells would ring, he would go around saying "din-do, din-do", and that's how he got the nickname.

Kind of like Roy "Buckshot" Jones in NASCAR.

Then we should be calling him Dingdong?

No, I like Dindo and that is a cute story.

Well, "Bubba" is Southern for Brother, and if I were a race car pilote I'd rather be called Dindo than Bubba!
