Big D should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Some news broke out in the 99 season that an F1 standard track was to be built in mid scotland with funding help from jackie stewart.now nothing has been said to be denied about this and a track in scotland would be great (Our mud is better ne way cos cars can actually go through it)

Well, I love Scotland and my scottish friends would find that great...but is there a season in the year you don't have to fear a rain inferno?...lol

Tristan should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Note the phrase F1 "standard". Doesn't necessarily mean F1 races to be held there, I'm afraid. Weather too unpredictable, poor access for crowds etc. Nevertheless, it's theoretically possible and would be BRILLIANT!!
