Well he first did Ginetta Juniors in 2009, so he would have to be at least 24 in 2019

Kim Jong Un. Donald Trump will be his race engineer, Boris Johnson as tea boy and Theresa May as grid donkey.

It’s actually not this at all.

It’s a hybrid blend of Paul O’Neill and Jason Plato, driving a works Kia built from the remains of Jeff Smith’s Vectra, and entered using a TBL bought from Sam Tordoff. Truth.

Based on this tweet from BTC Racing it looks like you can rule out Plato going there as the announcement dates don't match: -
"Wow!! What a response to the re signing of @ChrisSmiley22 we'd like to thank everyone who took the the time comment and respond to the signing. Our next announcement will be this coming Monday so guys make it a date in your calendar Monday 18th 2nd driver."

Assuming Plato's date in his twitter header is not a red herring, or connected to a sponsor coming on board?

BTC have a good tie in with Dynamics, Although they may not be able to determine the driver lineup, I would imagine they would have had enough persuasion to suggest he wasnt the right fit, even if he arrived with his bags of gold and promises of showing sponsors logos on team wear during Saturday Kitchen.
Cant see many whispers about this seat tho
