Autosport reported that No.7 is planned as Motopark's 6th entry, but the team decide not to fill the seat, so 27 cars for the race.

And I don't know whether FIA and organisers would fill the No.7 vacant seat for other competitors after Motopark decided not to fill this seat.

It seems BMAX will file one Japanese and one Non-Japanese for this year's race, but don't know who can get the seat.

I got a reply from BMAX, they said they are expecting to complete their line up by this Thursday (Oct 25).
