Perhaps, but I think Trulli has the better chance due to starting later.

Doesn't it seem sad that drivers like Fisichella, Coultard, Barrichello, and Ralf all have secure seats in F1, despite having had race winning cars for many more seasons than Jacques, yet failing to chalk up as many wins as he (let alone a WDC) that it is Jacques who doesn't have a drive in F1??? Sad indeed.

Nahhh the Renaults will go light enough to do it...I heard something about Renault and the Spanish market...they really want to make a big show for themselves. Ahhh well we will see soon enough.

Ralf has now beaten Montoya for the third time in a row at saturday qualification.

This might not be a big surprise, as he has also beaten him three times in a row at friday qualification.
But I still think it's about time Montoya shows us what he can do during the race ...

Kimi at the back of the pack! That should make for some good passing tomorrow.

JPM has looked ordinary lately. He has faded into the scenery. RS has shone. Who cares neither is in a Honda.

What is up with JV? He looks sad this weekend. I wonder if JB chose different tires. Not bad for a weak teammate. Hopefully JV can make up some places and at least finish in the points. JB, I have high expectations for him. His race record has not been that well under pressure so far. He needs to save face.

It's shaping up as a great race with the Renault's up front on what i assume is a light fuel load, same as Toyota's while you've got Kimi trying to come through the field, it will be interesting to see how long it takes him to work his way through.

I think Michael has been consistently good in qualifying. With this 1-lap thing, Im always on the edge watching Michael's lap. "Surely, he's gonna srew up a turn eventually " I think to myself, but he just seems to relish under this system. I hope the qualifying routine stays, because it really seperates the men from the boys.

Hmmm, yup the 2003 GA does appear to be THAT good.

I guess we are back to predictability.

Good 'ole Buckaroo Banzai (kimi) put it in the sand trap again but as usual he flew right back out without a hitch. He really needs a 3-stopper to get anything done tommorrow unless there are 6+ DNFs.

Coulthard having some good luck would be nice to see after the race 2-4 disasters.

I think the opposite actually. I think he should fuel up. If he does a 3 stopper like those up the front he has no chance.

Passing during the pit stops is his best chance.
