It would seem either Ferrari sent a nobody to the teleconference with other teams and FIA who couldn’t make a decision or as usual they are putting themselves first. Maybe they should Google Ryan Giggs or Gary Neville and see what class is...:

Prince Albert has got it. I'd be surprised if there's much international motorracing this year.

It’s crossed my mind that perhaps the 2020 season be abandoned, but instead add any events that can be run into the 2021 championship, as a “super season”.
It’s already been announced that the regs won’t change, so surely this has to become an option? |

Raikkonen needs to start 11 more GPs to pass Barrichello's current record for race starts (323 I think)

Of course Raikkonen, Hamilton, Vettel and Grosjean are all due to join the three decade club this season. This would put them with Brabham, McLaren, G.Hill, Andretti, Patrese, Piquet, Herbert, Alesi, Schumi, Barrichello, Trulli and DLR

Zandvoort CEO saying it may not be 'ethical' to reschedule the Dutch GP and they are looking at 2021.
FOM and the FIA are in denial IMO about how serious the global situation is if they still expect millions of dollars to flow their way to put 20 F1 cars on the grid. Lockdowns, borders closing, major economies having to pay the population to keep them and business afloat, forced closures of business right acoss the board. This is unprecedented - my gloomy prediction is: all alleged of course. Renault, Honda and Merceds to exit F1 at the end of 2020 as they prioritise keeping their core business afloat - car sales will plummet just when they are commited to billions to transition to EV Their supply chain that supports F1 will also see extreme pressure on their business Even the luxury brands will be hit as prime city centre retail closures hit their sales Many of the F1 sponsors will see serious pressure on their business from the global showdown Probably many F1 contracts torn up by promoters and circuits as now unaffordable Liberty share price collapses as FOM faces masses losses from 2020 All IMO Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk |
