Kayo Streaming :bmood:

Trying to watch coverage today on Kayo.
Its basically unwatchable with buffering pauses every 30 seconds.
I know its cheaper than fox, but this is crap!
Funnily the f1 practice was perfect.

i sent their tech support an email and they blamed my internet provider, which is rubbish I stream all my tv (no antenna) and netflix, and NEVER have issues.

Am I the only one?

It is and isnt cheaper than FOx. Fox sports is from memory 29 Per month however you have to have the general subscription. Mind you with foxtel go you have have minimal subscription and charges. But thanks you have just made my mind up swapping to Kayo next year

I was using it a bit yesterday and it ran well. I previously had a problem, that it would switch picture quality frequently when using chromecast but that seems to have cleared up.

I am on true optic fibre NBN right into the house. I am with Dodo and paying extra for a faster download and still had issues.

I am streaming off my Samsung mobile to a Samsung tv with chromecast. Using Boost mobile.

As I said seems to be no issues today

Obviously a Kayo issue, having lots of people on at once is creating issues

I have TPG ADSL2 and and rarely have issues with streaming via the Chromecast. If that is playing up it works fine on my phone.

I had this issue during Saturday coverage. Spoke to Kayo through their tech support live chat, consultant recommended change to watching the live channel stream (channel 506) instead of the individual program (Bathurst day 3 etc) which immediately fixed the problem. Switched back and forth between the two and could clearly see that was the issue.
