Moosehead should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Group 6 - where to race?

Not my usual cup o tea but what series or championships would be suitable to race a 1970 built 1600cc Group 6 sports prototype?

It would fit the HSCC's Martini Trophy for sports racing cars. Next round at Oulton Park for the Gold Cup meeting over the bank holiday weekend.

Thanks for the replies, well most of them

Al's sort of right!!

Much work to do to get it to an acceptable standard and unless things improve on the way the project is going at the moment it may well remain stillborn.

What is it then?

So would Ark sprite be about right then??

I remember it running in the RJB mining series a few years ago. Couldnt you run it in the Mallory special saloons meeting?

Sebring - yes, I was entered but just had to withdraw as the engine builder has apparently mislaid the engine

"Hello, Moosehead? I just called to tell you that I've mislaid my small spanner, you know the one with the red plastic handle, and the other thing is...your engine was attached to it!"

That would have been more descriptive than the answer we got -

''Can I have our engine''

''No its not here

''Where is it then?''

Not here!

FFS!!!

PS I wasn't there to have that conversation, and have been asked not to speak to him..............yet. Don't know why
