Both Kiwis in the dirt up top, nobody left anything on the table there.

Gutted for Heimgartner, he was genuinely there on pace all day.

Dirty J Racing Team Penske

That move behind the saftey car by car 12 cost SvG 23 seconds, which was several cars between SvG and #17 at restarts. Wish I was the interviewer, I'd be straight back to Ryan Story about that and ask him how he can call that an honest win.

Sad thing is Scott can and does win on his own merit. He doesn't need that BS that Penske pulled today with Coulthard. Sportsmanship at it's worst and they won't even give a stuff.

Another fantastic finish to the race - congratulations DJRTP - overcame in the mountain, very happy for them. My heart rate might back to normal now!

Yeah, but the Captain was happy to sacrifice 12 all day for 17, and he will push rules to the limit.

Had to do something to get back all the parity gifts the Holden was given.

See 2 can play at that game.

Love the cheer for Jack Perkins.

GT & Shane looked pretty bloody happy with second and you would reckon they will be back together next year.

Now that is ticked off, Nascar next? Nothing else to prove here.

Congratulations to DJRTP, Mr McLaughlin & Mr Premat.

Speed was there all week... it was only ever circumstance that would stop them!

Despite not winning I reckon the co driver cup goes to Tander. I think alongside Caruso both kept up with the full timers and made no mistakes.

What a combination, what a result.

Feel so pleased for them all - Scotty, Alexandre, Dick, Roger (who flew out at age 82 to be there in person), plus all the engineers, mechanics, and staff.

25 years is a long time between drinks - and hopefully they'll be having some tonight!

IIRC it was outlawed in about 2010 after either Triple 8 or HRT did something similar. Thought the penalty was a bit more than a drive through though.

Saw no reason to break the protocol of sending only one member up to collect the team's prize.
