Credit crunch busting!
Eleven more clubs would make it 27 - how many cars would be allowed at most tracks, bearing in mind that other series could cope. One option could be SuperLeague Formula and SuperLeague Formula Division One or whatever ... |

I ended up at the end of year 1 impressed with SLF. The cars looked and sounded great, the racing was good to watch (if a touch amaturish at times).
Seemed to all go well and add a touch of new ideas to motor racing. The sooner they get bored with all the naff ways of trying to make the race seem like a football match the better though! No more commentators using the terms extra time or off-side please! |

According to Wikipedia Brian Munich, Valencia, Suwon Blue Wings (from Korea) and clubs from Portugal, France, Japan, Russia, South Africa, Poland and Argentina have shown interest.
But that's according to Wikipedia, so it's probably not worth reading!!! |

The October meeting in Monza is not an Italian F3 round but it will include the final two races of the F.Azzurra series.

... but I did not understand if there is going to be a 7th event outside Europe. no they cancelled that right after the season ended. Due to the econnomic situation. They mentioned they'll try again next year for that one. |

I don't see what they'd have to gain from taking it outside of Europe at this stage, really. Probably would be best to consolidate it in Europe first.

Yes, but the racing teams are all European, and IIRC the clubs aren't funding it with money.

So the last couple of races are together with European F3/GT Open package. Not bad.

Good for Stamatis of course but I think that Olympiacos made a big mistake to stay with GU Racing.
Oh I heard that a certain high profile and new to the series British team has a deal with one of the British FCs. |
