i think that Jamie Davies ....but thanks anyway .

I know Jamie Spence Retired from racing due to budget , but when his mate set up Duma Racing last year and brought him out of retirement..( carpet fitting i believe ) ...but i ahvent heard anything about him since last year ....strange .

Good start to his comeback though , he stuck it on pole for the 1st F3 race of the season last year !

He did a diary for my site last year - really nice guy - I spoke to him on New Years Eve and he said he was hoping to get a drive in Touring Cars but I guess it didn't happen. I think it's a shame as I enjoyed watching him drive - he certainly knew how to overtake! I would've liked to see what he could've done in a better car.

Jamie was dropped from Duma racing before the end of last season for a number of reasons, including poor performance and an incident where another driver was assulted.

The Duma racing team were very impressed by the much improved feedback they had from the driver who replaced Jamie.

I suggest you talk to a driver backed by a computer manufacturer, and indeed the same chip manufacturer as Ferrari.

Yes Ghinzani, it was Mr Giebler, who is now a leading contender in Spanish F3.

The victim shares a sponsor with ferrari. Indeed at Zandvoort he shared the main sponsor!

The replacement, who impressed the team, now races in spain.

It's all very simple.

for those getting tired of the games...

Spence supposedly assaulted Rob Austin (I dont even remember him in F3 last year) and was replaced later by Phil Giebler.

I dont buy the underperforming part, he had pole his first time out no?

What ever happened to Matt Davies?

ok, but why did he supposedly assault Austin???

I thought Jamie seemed to lose heart towards the end of the season and was told he was replaced because Giebler bought his seat in the last race.

That guys a nob!!!! he wants to learn to use his mirrors before he ever drives a race car again! thats the first ive heard of him assaulting me though!!! He started mouthing off once and i simply smiled and told him where to go!

you get up along side him anyone else would have to give you room, but he has no idea that your there (or that anyone else is on the track) bang you collide. and because he hasnt seen you its your fault in his view! and it wasnt just once and i am not the only person who he's done it to!

So, next time punt him out of the flipping way! Watch Nascar races, that's how they do it in the states. No mirrors needed. Oh, and don't use the old, 'front wing will break off' as an excuse either....A light touch going into paddock and adios!

Yeah, nosecone to gearbox, or better yet nosecone to tire. Tires are soft, nosecones arent. He loses.

Francesa I said supposedly because I know nothing about it but El Giblet was doing a really poor job of being sublte

Nice that Rob can confirm/deny everything, from now on maybe we should bring up controversial topics about drivers to pull em out of the woodwork
