fasted should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
There was a team at LMC from Discovery Channel HD International. They had cameras in 3 cars. Perhaps if we all look out for it on some remote satellite channel. We might get to see ourselves on the telly

I had been wondering if that was happening, as there seemed to be a LOT of cameras on cars, and guys with massive tripods and video cams scootering about the place...

actually it looks completely out of place when you see these pre war cars running on track with relatively large on board video cameras....

I suspect this was Alexander Davidis and his team who did GT Racer last year. They are filming the second series and I believe they were at LMC.

So it won't be on our TVs until the series is finished and then probably over winter as it was last year.

JaapSinke should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hello,

I'm Jaap Sinke (and new here). We participated in Grid 3. With a Yellow Austin Healey 3000.
Our team consisted of three drivers. Rinus Sinke and Hans v.d. Kerkhof drove during daytime and I was driving the night stint.

We shot some onboard footage.

You can find it here:

First lap night stint: http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=10FhcLBXOdg

And more material on: http://nl.youtube.com/user/jaapsinke

Let me know what you think.

I anyone has links to pictures or video's of the event please let me know.

We will also attend the Spa six hours meeting this year.

Kind regards,

Jaap Sinke

Does anyone have a means of contact with the organisation that provided the jeeps and other military vehicles as shuttle vehicles. Maybe they have a website.

You could contact the Peter organisation and see what they know. Ask for Marine...
