RedSquirrel should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Looks like Team Sandbag are going to win the GTLM championship.

That repair job was vintage Joest-like.

That Corvette pit stop was one of the best bits of motor racing I've seen in years. That was amazing.

2:46 penalty. Two minutes and forty-six seconds. Oof.

Incoming penalty for the #912, Bamber nudged the #71 into the tyres at T3.

Damnit.

But why is that a penalty when the #31 dumping a car into a wall at 150mph isn't?

In the light of the race ending accident for #96, I think that penalty came up very very fast.

No action for the race ending accident, drive-through for an accident were the 71 is certainly not out of the race, and maybe not even has any damage.

I'm not sure I agree on that.

Then the only solution is for Bamber to make sure he is driving a Cadillac next time out...

(I agree - the #31 should have been pinged, just as the #912 was).

I agree it was Bamber causing that accident, but I thought the consequences were taken into account.

The #71 didn't even pit after that accident.

Braun goes into 54. He will probably stay in until the end.
Meaning: Bennett has given up on the Trueman championship.

I think we should count on Derani/ESM rather than Jarvis/Mazda to put that to an end.

EDIT: Derani got by Jarvis.

Just thought I'd pop in to see how the old place is doing....seems as if it's not as popular as it used to be....used to be insightful comments. Now it seems to be a regurgitation of what the TV commenters say. Oh well.

Sorry for repeating what the commentators are saying.
But while you don't seem to like it, I'm quite sure some others where glad we did so they could read back after they missed a bit of the action.
