There was one but it's unavailable on the HSCC website on the events page.

Thanks for the PDF.

Very good entry so far.

Great to see the M8F in the Thundersports.29 cars.

Little low on the Jag grid.

Most grids seems to be a little low, apart from HFF.
Some are very low

scary from the HSCC perspective

17 entered, but from quick count only 7 SuperTourers...... I’m sure that the organisers had hoped for more of the later cars!

One or two grids affected by the clash with Spa- certainly GTSCC.

30 for GTSCC is low.Although a week before the Donington Historic GTSCC had 35 and gained about another 10.

The meeting is quite soon after Donington and clashing with Spa doesn't help matters.Odd seeing G Pearsons name on the entry even though he'll be at Spa mostly likely.

The Saloon Cup has effectively turned into the HTCC grid.

Seems Mike that your Co-driver has got quite the replacement in Calum Lockie if the entry is correct

Correct, GTSCC entry is lower than Donington, for the simple reason I gave and you’ve repeated. I doubt any more will be added.

Calum has co-driven the red SLR several times in the past. Obviously a lot quicker than me or the owner...

Will be interesting to see how the GT40 fairs in the Guards race. Seems like quite a good series for a car like it.

Calum's YouTube is great and often has some good write ups on his website that gives a good insight into racing historics (along with this forum of course).

Was great to see him last weekend after winning the HTCC race when going past the stand I was in and acknowledging the crowd and proceeding to give it the beans noise wise.

I hope I haven't rambled...

Disappointing from the supertourers. Not sure I will attend now since you can bet 1/4 wont turn up and 2 will blow up on the first lap.

I do wonder why they seem to get good turn outs of Super Tourers in NZ, a country where there wasnt a domestic ST championship, whilst we cant!?

I'm going and looking forward to attending especially the Thundersports race! I was present at the last one in it's original format. I do wonder why the HSCC haven't let it run to original regulations now the series has the "name". I realise a few of the single seat Can-am cars have been converted back to F5000 spec but there are a few purpose built cars in Europe with nowhere to race. In fact I can't recall any converted F5000 running in Thundersports.

Anyone at Silvestone today?

Weather is pretty grim so far.

Should be a good one though.

Do they still run Interserie cars in Germany? I have a recollection of them running early F3000 cars with Can-Am style full bodies?
Talking of F3000, isnt it about time someone ran a Historic F3000 series - must be lots about and 3 different eras inc the 2 x single make Lolas.

Plenty of nice cars about. Shame about the weather although spray helps with the photos.
Not sure why the circuit road is blocked off from the entrance to the Porsche centre and the infield too.

Yes not great.Seeing the M8F go full pelt down the Wing straight was fantastic and LOUD 😁.

Hopefully it races if it rains although I certainly wouldn't.

Had a quick look on the comms book adjacent to the Pits earlier with it being vacant.I got tempted...not really 😁.

Little Summary.

Great race in the Jaguar Classic with the Pearson E Type winning on the final corner in tricky conditions.

Great fight between the M8F Mclaren and the Chevron B26.Great move by Dean in the Mclaren round the outside at Stowe.Brilliant.

As usual formula ford delivered along with the new Dunlop Saloon Cup also being good.Fascinating seeing a GrP A Sierra battling a late 90's V8 Supercar.Lovely.

I was hoping the C type could have held on for one more corner. Good to see a decent entry in the Saloon Car Cup.
The rumble of the M8F and the wail of the T282 were a joy.
Another good day tomorrow please.
