Actually, you can see what it is. I found this on the web and thought it looked really nice.
So, what year? what track? which driver? (and, if you're really hardcore: what chassis no.??)

As mickj wrote the driver is Arturo Merzario, the car is a 1973 Abarth Osella PA1, probably contesting a round of the European Makes Championship, open to 2 litres sportscars, I'm not able to identify the track, what about Enna-Pergusa...

is the track Pergusa? Merzario DNF but the sister car won.
