Hi, Frank and welcome. I think Mike (eclectic) has sold the car now but it would be great to hear from the new owner.

I just found this in my Junk folder, I sold the car about 18 months ago and cannot find my notes as to who bought it from me. However, if I remember I will pass the info on, it would be a shame if another little bit of history was lost.

Fearsome beast indeed..............

I thought that looked familiar. Here is a pic taken at a VSCC meeting at Harewood Hillclimb in June 2009.

A little more history of the SAM

Hi, I believe Pamela, Joe Quinn's daughter, met Mike.
I have some more info and photos of the old car. It has a very sad history. I'll try and locate the old files. Paul, Joe's youngest son.

This is a rare survivor, a home made special that raced with the big boys in Ireland.
Hi eclectic
I have tried to log into your web page but keeps taking me to the Apple iCloud.
Is there something missing? Keen for this information has I had this car in 1965!

Hi Paul
Would love to get in touch as school friends and I acquired your dad's car in 1964/65.
I would love to know what happened to it in the intervening years to early 2000's

It may be of interest to some of you.
Hi eclectic
Would like to access the web site you created but the link keeps taking me to the iCloud. Is there something missing in the IP address or an alternative link?

Unfortunately Apple deleted my website when they created iCloud.

I dot have a back up and I sold the car some years ago and have lost track of it.

Sorry that I can’t help you.

Thanks for the prompt response. What a shame to lose some valuable archive information. This is the car in our farmyard 56 years ago - we didn't realise what we had!
