Sandgroper should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Tassie Rd - Marcos

Great to see Mr Ambrose in the house.

Great knowledge and looks so happy to be there.

What a legend of our sport.

I always thought Ambrose was an arrogant prick, but he sure is a good commentator

Plus 1 on that, never a fan of his as a driver, but he is a welcome addition to the broadcast.

On a different note, SVG seems intent on extending his unbeaten run, starting today from pole..

Whereas I always found him personable, friendly and forthcoming with useful information. Just goes to show.

The same criticism was levelled at Moffatt, Whincup, and many others over time.

Truly driven people have to have a selfishness about them and this is the streak.

Marcos was impatient and young, and very hot headed when he raced here, to his own detriment at times.

Gotta remember that they're people too, and as passionate if not moreso, about the sport as we are.

He seems generally excited and a breath of fresh air.

Have loved watching his enthusiasm this far.

Hope he may do a few more gigs.

Agree completely with the positive feedback for Ambrose. Has been surprisingly very good.

Have not noticed Lowndes missing from the coverage this weekend.

No reason why they can't.

They've both stated that the past is the past, and do seem to have respect for one another.

Will Mr Ambrose be back for the OTR Supersprint Round?

Or will Craig Lowndes be back?

Lowndes (and Jess Yates) are both confirmed to be back for this weekend.

I wonder how poor Jess is feeling, you could tell bub was really taking it out of her in her last appearance.

I think we all would forgive her taking a bit more time off!

As an addition or an "instead of"?
Regardless I enjoyed his contributions at the Tassie round, so more is good.
