Brands, MSVR 22/23 May GP circuit
Who's around for this weekend? The timetable is http://www.msvracing.co.uk/media/144...ue%20three.pdf
It looks like a great weekend of clubby racing, DMN, TTRS, PBMW, VW's and loads more and on the GP circuit with a good weather forecast as well! Anyone who hasn't volunteered yet would be very welcome as we could do with some more bodies contact bhmarshals@msvracing.co.uk and/or Mildred's usual email address. |

I'll be there, it's the first 2-day club meeting I've ever done at Brands.
Could someone confirm exactly where the camping is for this, i.e. where is the grey car park? |

I'm guessing it's this camp site, as seen on Bodysnatcher's Google map of Brands Hatch. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?ie=...6295f4f77345,,

the letter from David Scott is a jpg attachment (so cannot C&P) to Mildred's email of the 10th
important points as follows no special sticker - access with MSVR hard card parking in the upper paddock camping in Grey car park, toilets adjacent to kentagon to remain open sign on Sat 7-8 sign on Sun 8-9 breakfast provided, but be prepared to use the kentagon so that the workload can be spread across the 2 sites jag single seater session for a lucky winner timetable http://www.msvracing.co.uk/media/144...ue%20three.pdf |

1/2 the reason for the maps being created was that the likes of "Grey Car Park" means nothing in a letter, especially to a newbie. Only those that have used Grey know where it is. MSVR certainly have never provided a map or anything that tells the customers/volunteers which car park is which. .. Guinness is this it? |

Can't be there as I've caught some bugs a while ago and don't seem to be able to get rid of them. Great shame, I was really looking forward to this.
Anyhow, have lots of fun and enjoy yourselfs. |

As mini already said, that's the one.
Thanks for the info above, although should probably clarify for the uninformed that usually it's only the disabled toilet which is open, and can/should be used by us. I only found that out myself when someone with the same 'inside info' told me. |

Actually, thinking about it, is it the picture that's usually in the programme? I don't have a programme with me to check - I know it doesn't help newbies but we could at least link to it in situations like this. |

There was a huge grid of 10 at the first round. A grid of 15 at Brands might be optimistic.

Well just to liven things up on Sunday for you, there are no less than 37 Golf GTIs out to play, and a very promising grid of 30 VWs and Seats for the first round of the VAG Trophy!
I'll be out in both races (#62), so please give me a wave... |
