Well....over here a car is pretty expensive. Gas prices aren't that high but taxes are....plus insurance and maintanace....at the end of the year it turns out to be a very considerable ammount of money.

However....I think it's all worth it. Mainly because public transportation over here is without a doubt one of the (if not the) worst in the world. Now....I can't walk to my univesity because it's about 200+ blocks away and riding a bike at 5:30 am in a city that sits 2600 meters (8600 ft) above sea level isn't a nice experience (chilling temperatures all year long and very little air). And besides....I've always dreamed of having a car....ever since I was a small boy....and I love it....especially when I have to fix all those little bugs...and taking care of it...it's worth it.
