I don't think the drivers are actually impressed about winning the "Quad". I think they probably do want to win at Monaco - because that is so difficult to do. Elsewhere - I think they probably want to win their home race(if they have one). They probably think that Monaco, Spa and Suzuka are the most challenging to try and race and actually win at.
