Potato saying Smith probably fired for not having his Radio on in the first half of the race.
Did Potato make contact with Shedden's left rear in that 'push to pass' in race 1? |

A lot of frankly embarrassing comments on here, come on gents (and ladies) grow up and enjoy the racing. Plato and Shedden are two of the best drivers from the past 10 (near 20) years and I love watching them race (and grumble about each other!)
This is set up for one of the most exciting finales in years, and I've no idea how it'll end up. I still have a sneaking suspicion Shedden may well be lifting the title again - 20th in the 2nd best car in the grid (behind the Focus) with no ballast a top 6 would be possible imo. I just hope there isn't an incident between Neal and Plato that would hand the title to Shedden. That wouldn't be a fitting end to such a spectacular day. Can't wait until 8 minutes past 5 or whatever it is! |

But whilst Plato often crosses the line, am I the only one who feels that Shedden was too cautious early on in the second race? Whilst Neal put in one of the drives of the season with plenty of decisivie moves, Shedden let others pass him before his issues set in. Why didn't he aim for the top 10 instead of taking the 'stay out of trouble' approach?
However, AJ did it in 2013 (albeit in the rain) so there is certainly still hope, especially if Neal does some 'teamwork' and does the Plato on Plato. |

Some strong comments from Plato post race 2.. we can tell there is no love lost between him and Smith, even in the way Smith hesitated to let him by.
Wonder if the punt Shedden received at Westfield on Lap 1 contributed to that sticky rear brake? |

As much as several of the comments above are painful to read, Plato's are more so... |

Race 3 - One of the best and cleanest races I've seen for ages. Well done to Shedden.

What a race. Thoroughly deserved title, even based only on that drive. I'm sure there will be a lot of 'what ifs', particularly regarding non-Plato BMR drivers, but for now, what a race.

some drivers like Jordan, Cole and Priaux just let Shedden trough
either they didn't want to get involved or they just dislike Plato and was a way to rob it into him , remember recently Cole in perticular was pushed out by Plato at Silverstone Jordan even used the blink lights to let him trough, who knows Jordan in Eurotech again in a brand new Civic Type R |

Plato: the drivers in this team are ****ing muppets
Shedden: I need to pull my finger out. That sums up why so many people are "anyone but Plato". A wonderful drive by flash. Brilliant brilliant drive and a well deserved championship. |

What a drive from Shedden, truly stunning. A drive deserving of any Championship title.
I doubt this will have helped Plato and Smith's relationship much, because Honda won the title due to some outstanding teamwork. ITV's adverts in the middle of the race - even under safety car - is awful. NOBODY WANTS TO SEE A BANK'S ADVERT IN THE MIDDLE OF ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING FINALES IN HISTORY! Would've been interesting to see how things panned out if Shedden hadn't dunted Menu. He was looking very racey. Horrible bump for Jake Hill. Nothing either he or Tingram could've done, hope he's alright as he looked in a bit of pain. Best final weekend since when? Roll on 2016! |

Wow! What a drive by Flash, the race of his life. Yes some drivers didn't make it difficult for him, but that shows what respect gains. And his moves were clean and decisive.
I too am glad Plato didn't win, especially after his behaviour this weekend. The blatant puss to pash to Shedden was dirty and I think it says it all that Flash was classy enough not to return the favour when behind him later on. And his ungrateful whinge about Aron Smith in race 2, didn't hear Shedden saying Neal should have helped him earlier in race 3. Glad he didn't win the indy title either, well done on another one Colin. The stewards need to act properly on Plato's driving or he'll just keep doing it and that's dangerous. Got a bit annoyed with the amount of SCs as usual, thankfully it all got sorted in race 3 |

Its kinda silly because the team owner himself said he wanted Aron to let Jason through in race 1 but the message never got sent to Aron for whatever reason.

It's obvious why Plato hasn't won the title, his two titles came in 2001 and 2010, so by that logic he'll have to wait til 2100 :P
Fact is Aron Smith has had an underwhelming season and would have liked to finished on a high note and I'm glad he did with a podium and two other top tens, so now he can regroup over the winter and come back to his best next year. Also well done Morgan on emulating Biela (96), Plato (07), Turkington (08), Nash (11) and Jackson (14), in finishing every race and on top of that every lap. Indeed the future looks bright for the series with young lions Smith, Morgan, Tordoff, Goff, Tingram, Cook and Moffat. Also if Jackson comes back with the same car, he could really be champion material, he certainly continued his form of 2014 into this year and seems to be at his peak, with great qualifying and none of the silly mistakes he used to make Great support race action, very mature of Caroline to just bite the bullet, even though it cost him the title. And a great title by Sutton, despite pressure from a newbie throughout |
