searching Lola T492 rear brake disc

Hello

i need a pair of rear brake discs for my Lola T492 Sports 2000.
Someone who know where i can get some or from which car they are from?

I think they are MkII Ford cortina (Taunus) front discs, but I'm not 100% sure.

Cortina Brake discs can fit. The front cortina disc match to the front lola brakes. we have a cortina and it looks like that they are same, i will try next week.
