so what actually happened with bentwood's car?
i thought the shell was wrecked from the snetterton incident, and that they were going to have to strip down the etcc spec car. But they had that on show at brands, so what did they do? is bentwoods production car a brand new shell? |

Edenbridge currently own (at least) two BTC-P spec cars (previously raced in the ETCC and then in BTCC 2002) as well as a brand new ETCC 2004 spec car (this was on display at Brands.) As they were only running one of the older cars this year they had planned to convert the spare to the same spec as the brand new car and had begun stripping it down in anticipation. However, once Bentwood had his car written off at Snetterton, they were forced to start reassembling the stripped down car.
