Its rather ironic that you are asking a public forum who your second driver will be. Out of the ones you have mentioned though I think it will be between your man and Kovalainen.

Alfonso, I'm happy with the new.

Racing Engineering: Borja GarcĂ*a and Juan Antonio del Pino. Two young and good drivers.

No english drivers yet then confirmed or in discussions, most seem to be looking elsewhere as opposed to GP2.

Argentinian media rumoured that Heikki Kovalainen and Scott Speed are the likely Arden drivers for next year... I wonder if there is any basement on these rumours.

Arden will always be able to get drivers with money, id prefer the RDD and Red Bull sponsored guys go to other teams, to balance the series.

Hmmm, I thought that one of the two seats at Arden was for Doornbos. He talked about a two-year contract with Arden already last year in the Dutch media. Could be that year two is something of an option or something like that.

Doornbos is contracted to Arden, but has a release clause if he gets an F1 drive.

Surely we must wait until the Autosport International Motorshow next month, it's probably that Arden will confirm their drivers there as they did last year.

I would say this is due to money, in my opinion is always seems that foreign drivers are able to get more backing more easily. And it is an unknown quantity, english people are generally quite conservative by nature.

ART will be operating on 1,000,000euros per car

Not for Argentinians! GP2 budget is about € 1.000.000, that is equal to $ 4.000.000 (Argentinian pesos). Then for our drivers is difficult because the proposed budget to find is four times higher. Add to this that Argentinian companies are more likely to invest in national series, like Turismo Carretera (the most), TC2000, Top Race and even National Touring, because they see there more financial revenues than if they invest in a driver who goes to race abroad... despite we have the miracleous support from mecenas like Reynaldo Cozzani (who supports the career of Juan Cruz Álvarez) or Bebe Biglieri, and Gastón Mazzacane, who actually is a rara avis between Argentinian drivers who knows how to find sponsors to continue his career in international motorsport (I hope that Gastón will change driving for driver management, to help his countrymen to find seats abroad).
That's why Guerrieri is in financial trouble to find a GP2 seat despite he's backed from an Argentinian motorsport group (the Lincoln SportsGroup which has itself a Turismo Carretera team) and why LĂłpez has only few local sponsors which really doesn't put enough backing to his car.
Arcor, Mastellone, PĂ©rez Companc, Tenaris-Techint, even Repsol-YPF... Why these companies doesn't have interest to support our drivers???

I add two guilty entities to this: Carburando and Campeones, the two Argentinian motorsport media giants, that didn't give enough support to the drivers who are racing abroad. They prefer to focus in national series, principally Turismo Carretera, and dislikes all kinds of monoposto formulas with the exception of Formula 1 (Can you understand that Argentinians can't see SouthAmerican F3 on TV and motor magazines because there is no interest of this press to cover these races???).
The main exception is Fernando Tornello (presenter and relator of televised F1 races by Fox Sports Latin America), whom since he started in this business he has covered the careers of many Argentinian drivers in the foreign, principally Norberto Fontana.
