Sorry Alan....you were a bit fast and I had to use a massive lens as I don't have a press pass for the circuit.

Perhaps DIZ could organize one for me? That way I could get some much better shots with a smaller lens.

What about it DIZ?

How is Hutch?
And
How are you Alan?
I went for x-rays today but nothing is broken just the whole right side of me is bruised, the cost of fixing the car hurts more.

Good news that there were no breaks.
I hope the bruising doesn't hinder you too much next weekend.

Whats the news on Hutch...Anyone know?

As I said at the track on Saturday, I won't be able to come at the weekend, prior arrangements, but I second the comments of 50-Six - STAY ON THE BLACK STUFF.
Have a good SAFE day.....ALL OF YOU.!

Ouch....It looks worse than I remembered.
I don't think Chris REALLY wanted to see these.

Chris, I am sure all the lads wish you a speedy re-build.

Anyone got the tissues?

Email received today:

Morning Ian, could you please include some thanks (in your next news letter)from me to several people following my accident ~ Chris Roche (who I believe was the driver hit by Alan who in turn hit me)for helping me out of the car,
I didnt thank him at the time (I dont think) also to Ian Gough and the medical staff for their help whilst I was a little less with it (even than normal) ~ Chris Hodgen for being more concerned about me than his own car and to all who came over to see me or subsequently called to ask how I was ~
Thanks, Hutch

Just a general comment here: we've now got an awful lot of photos on this thread (and a lot of them are very good) but perhaps slightly too many. A few select photos of a sensible size are fine, but this may be slight overkill.

If anyone ever has anything particularly good email it to me and I can put it on www.clubff1600.co.uk.

Thanking you.

Cheers Ray thanks for images. I went to see it yesterday. Nearly all stripped down ready for the rebuild. Will know how long it is going to take at the end of the week. I should still be out for the 3rd July race. Just gutted I will miss Anglesey and the Silverstone SOM race.

Does anybody have any images of the crash in progress?

Those pictures would be most interesting, there were enough people taking them. I should be out hopefully when RAY extract a digit and supply some wishbones. See you chaps soon..

Welcome to ten tenths Scouse. Pity about the location you have used. I went there once for a Derby and got out alive.
