You can't beat customer service in the US

Some of you may remember the orange gloves I posted about a while back when I started marshalling... well, since then I've gone through two pairs of them, wearing them out in places that should have probably held up better.

Sent an e-mail out to the manufacturer expressing my opinion and today received a box with two new pairs of bright orange (and yellow) hi-viz reflective finger tip gloves. Looks like they've even implemented some changes that would prevent the problems my old gloves suffered. Wasn't expecting it but sure is a nice gesture.

So thumbs up to the orange safety pro gloves they sell at Home Depot here in North America
