sadly, Dario's luck this season has been amazing and he got it again when dixon's car ran empty

such a shame
yes, getting airborne twice in the year is a very lucky thing for any driver, not to mention the amount of points he lost when it happened

imo dario was the deserving champion this year, dixon gave him a good fight, but it wasnt meant to be.

Dario got airborne and LANDED on Scott!!

yeah, scott was really lucky!!! If he was lucky he would have been able to drive right under him

Dario had all the luck, he wasn't a deserving winner and it's a shame to the IRL that AGR took the title again

The lucky scotsman, Vin Diesel and the two brats

i think i've been pretty fair on AGR to be honest

from what I have been hearing from a contact in the states, there is a high chance that Matsuura will be back next season, it's often easier for Japanese drivers to get sponsors and he is apparently already looking for a team to race with

Veteran Buddy Lazier is weighing up his NASCAR options believe it or not and the rumour about Beck is true

He was at several races at the back of the season and it actively looking for drivers and more sponsors and already has at least a limited schedule in place

Chris Festa's name was banded around with the mention of a 2nd car

Manning is confirmed for another year with Foyt as far as i know.

I'd like to see Ganassi and Penske field 3 cars each.

Ganassi - Dixon - Wheldon - Lloyd

Penske - Castroneves - Briscoe - Hornish (i know he's going but i'd like him to stay)

Andretti Green - Scheckter - Andretti - Kanaan - Franchitti (same as Hornish)

I think we should have a decent field, with fairly strong drivers next season.

if you watched an IRL race the commentators said it every race, SAMAX are back next season

plus my contact in the states have said that SAMAX were asking another team what it would take to expand to two cars and have already purchased more equipment

Scott has had all the luck this year. Apart from the last race but it was his turn. Dario should have won Michigan, Sears Point and Bell Isle when in the lead for most of the race and looking to win but lost it down to bad luck. After Scott Dixon's string of wins it was Dario who was in the shape clean up the wins and did everything he could but suffered bad luck. Coming from a fellow brit I am suprized you are so against him winning the title. Especially as he deserved it after all he has done over the past 10 years and how close he has become previously.

yep, they are putting up for decent money for that car as well i've heard

Milka needs a teammate really, lets be honest and SAMAX understand

there was talk of course that if she remained on probation that Enge would drive the car but SAMAX decided a re-group and rethink was needed instead

they'll be back next season, no problem

Duno back? Fantastic.

I want to see better drivers like Alex Lloyd find a ride.I'd also like to see Al Unser 3 get a ride one day as well along with Graham Rahal all 3 battling it out with Marco Andretti somewhere.

There is a contractual agreement with Citgo that keeps Milka in the car, hopefully with the funding they are giving then the second car will be possible

Al III is signed for PDR next season in the pro series, they usually put 2 cars into the 500, this season it was J Lazier and Giebler but next season it could well be J Lazier and III

He’ll do a full pro series season anyway

Lloyd has tested for Ganassi and could be on for a seat there because rumours persist about a 3 car team

As was already said earlier in the thread, Jay Howard appears to have got something together for next season, but no-one knows with who

Milka needs 3 things to be able to run safely in the IRL.
1. A top notch engineer who can relate to her
2. An experienced team mate who can assist her.
3. Some talent.
IMO the latter is forevermore lacking.

Her driver coach was apprently Sam Hornish Jr's previous one. I don't know if he was her engineer...She wasn't in the best effort ever however she shouldn't have been that slow. I hoped she wouldn't return to the league but she has. Great. I do believe on ovals when a driver is too slow then it is a danger as Ashley Judd said...JMO

they both had a fair share of bad luck then. if dario was lucky he wouldnt have had his two wrie offs, which cost him many points. dixon ok in one he got landed on so what?

i dont see why your so against dario, hes a true fair racer who deserves to win a chamiionship finally. i dont understand why you cant just accept it and stop whining.

i'm not whining! i was asked the question and responded

i'm not a dario fan, people here just accept it and move on, does it bother you so much that I don't like him

Maybe Mrs Kosuke Matsuura might have some comments on Dario’s brain fade at Kentucky

Who know’s but who cares? Who cares about the ever irritating Ashley Judd and her crap hats? Not me!

deary me...

once again, can we stay with silly season rumours...

i'm wanting to hear what everyone has heard...

Brian Stewart (IPS team owner) and good talent judge was at Mosport this past weekend and commented on the PA that he agreed with Ashley Judd. Brian always has been outspoken and not always popular because of it. In fact he can be downright abrasive and ornery. Pretty good road hockey player in his race shop even if he didn't like my body checks.

Take the mike around all the spouses in Indycar and lets see what they want to say about other drivers

It's not their place to speak, stupid Judd should keep it shut

To be honest, I’m sick of hearing the whole “Oh my husband is such a gentleman” crap from Judd at every race

This is motorsport!! For years we had the delightful Mrs Buddy Lazier at indycar races, delightful because she supported her husband whilst he was racing and didn’t feel the need to satisfy her ego (or his) by getting her face in front of the tv camera’s at every opportunity

I can’t wait until Judd and Dario go to NASCAR where they can have many nice conversations with the likes of Kevin Harvick and his equally annoying wife about how to get the most amount of air time for their million dollar faces

I've lost count now of how many indycar teams you have created. At this rate there wont be enough mechanics to go around.

Milka is someone that needs to be in the HSR Boss series, if that even.
