But back on topic, and to the theoretical question:

VESA originally knocked TW back as an undesirable person to hold a V8 Supercar licence; would the F1 hierarchy be likely to do the same, or would they cave in like VESA eventually did, and welcome him with open arms?
I think you'll find that TW threatened to sue all and sundry for those comments that's why it was all swept under the carpet.
