Calendar announced officially with Zolder replacing Salzburgring

The Zolder date is on the Truck GP weekend, so they should race in front of a good crowd

Also, Salzburg will have a TCR round... I could see that being a reason to pull the ETCC round.

To run at TruckGP should be a good decision, because of spectators. Maybe much more easier to find sponsors for it.
And belgian drivers could be also like to race with them, because there are still a lot of S2000 or Seat Leon Supercopas in Belgium.
Maybe more than in Autria/Germany. So Salzburgring could be useless, if there is maybe only Andreas Pfister and a few drivers in S1600 with them.

ETCC and TCR were supposed to race on the same weekend

As for drivers, the ones confirmed so far are:

Petr Fulin - SEAT Czech Republic
Andreas Pfister - Pfister Racing (Both in new Supercopa SEATs)

Michal Mateyovsky - Krenek Motorsport. He will continue to race in a TC2 BMW

I think that the ETCC will have 2015 a much smaller field than 2014, because I think, that many Teams and Driver will go in the TCR Championships...

I think, it is useless, to race a S2000 car or a TC2T, if cars like the Seat Cup Racer are nearly as fast (but way easier to handle).
And of course you can get a lot of spare parts at your local SEAT dealer :-)

According to ETCC's facebook, Ronny Jost (who last year drove in Single-Make trophy) should race a SEAT Cup Racer as well

At this stage I hardly doubt we'll see any TC2T cars at all

engstler is planning to enter 2-3 bmws and i guess borusan will a enter a bmw as well. wonder if campos will enter any cars as they own 2 tc2t cruze and at least 3 seat leon.

Campos team must be really huge...3 Chevrolet Cruze in WTCC, 3 Opel Astra OPC in TCR, and additionally 2 Cruze and 3 Leon for ETCC (maybe). How many members of staff they have?

Christian Kranenberg (S1600) and Alexandr Artemyev (SMT) will miss the next Round.

This season wasn't really that attractive like 2014 and especially 2013. TC2T and TC2 should classes should be closed, it's about time. Hope that TCN2/TCR will refresh the championship (for example, Engstler will remain and enter 1-2 VWs)

If Eurosport think that people are going to watch a race without graphics in 2015, they are mistaken. What the hell is happening with graphics in WTCC/ETCC this year - absolutely awful job...
